GREEN MOTION Rental Cars at Orlando Airport

Green Motion car rental has its own labelled shuttle with the Green Motion Logo, which stops every 15 to 20 minutes. Upon arrival to the Orlando International Airport, if arriving through Terminal A, you have to proceed to Level 1 (Ground Transportation) and find shuttle stop A-12. If arriving through Terminal B, proceed to Level 1 (Ground Transportation) and find shuttle stop B-12.

The Green Motion car rental booking counter at Orlando International Airport is available every day from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Mandatory documentation that you will need to collect your rental car includes: (1) A full driving license, (2) A valid passport, (3) A valid credit card in the driver’s name (noting that in most cases debit and prepaid cards are not accepted) and (4) A booking voucher from either Green Motion or alternatively from one of Green Motion’s supplied partners.

Green Motion offers additional extras and equipment, such as a child seat, baby seat, additional driver and GPS (SatNav). These additional options will be paid upon arrival.

The main driver will be required to leave a deposit which will be taken by the method of pre-authorisation from the credit card presented. The level of pre-authorisation taken is dependent on the type of insurance purchased and the agreed excess. The usual amount of pre-authorisation required will mirror the level of agreed excess. In the cases where the rental customer has selected a zero excess option, a small deposit/pre-authorisation will be taken this is to cover any traffic violations including parking and speeding offences (yes even the ones you didn’t know about!).
